Very. Has to be hot buttered toast.

KalSkirata · 12/01/2012 18:18

what sort oof salad. I'd want something crispy

jade80 · 12/01/2012 18:19

Just them? Yes, odd! Add garlic bread, or chips, or new potatoes or something, then fine!

sandyballs · 12/01/2012 18:23

Sounds fabulous, I could eat that now

shrinkingnora · 12/01/2012 18:23

Not enough carbs.

SardineQueen · 12/01/2012 18:23

Not that odd, thinking about it. Tomatoes would go well.
Although I would have some kind of meat there somewhere because I'm a bit like that.

CrispLeCrisp · 12/01/2012 18:24

Fine Smile

shrinkingnora · 12/01/2012 18:25

Although, we used to have this with bacon and grilled tomatoes. Yum.

bibbitybobbityhat · 12/01/2012 18:25

I would want a baked potato and peas or green beans with cauliflower cheese - but don't listen to me, I'm a right porker!

wahwahwah · 12/01/2012 18:29

Oh yes, baked potato and cauliflour peas. With tomatoes on top. Yummy yum yum.

tethersend · 12/01/2012 18:31

Yes, but gherkins and new potatoes better.

MessNessPess · 12/01/2012 18:32

Strange but whatever rocks your boat.

Selks · 12/01/2012 18:33

Sounds good. It has carbs enough in it, in the sauce (assuming that the sauce is thickened with flour). I'd happily eat that for my tea!

AnonymousBird · 12/01/2012 18:43

I was thinking green salad and sliced toms. There is a LOT of the cauli cheese otherwise I might have baked a baguette to go with but wd just be overload.

Also omitted to say, lardons liberally added to said cauli cheese!

raw peppers and tomatoes would be good.

thestringcheesemassacre · 12/01/2012 18:48

Tomatos yes.
Salad no.
Jacket potatoes etc weird

Marinn · 12/01/2012 18:48

I think not very well matched tbh, cauliflower cheese is a wintery dish so I'd say hot vegetables go better - steamed green beans, roast potato etc.

chezchaos · 12/01/2012 22:51

Fine but chips and peas better!

spamm · 14/01/2012 22:19

Sorry I am late to this, but wanted to mention that we add a tin of tuna to cauliflower cheese. Makes it very yummy!
