Can you make & store pasta sauce......like you store Jam?

I freeze it in portions for 2. I usually keep a couple of pots in the fridge - seems to last me a couple of weeks and it means there's always a supper or lunch in a hurry.

Google 'canning' (usually uses jars), it's probably doable.

I freeze it in weaning pots/snack pots/ice cube trays - defrosts in seconds.

I need quite large quantities - maybe 3 or 4 pints at a time

I'll have a look at 'canning'
