Mushroom and spinach risotto from the Good Food online recipes.
Absolute perfection.
I am determined to cook more interesting things this year and not be afraid to try new things.

That sounds nice.
I got Hugh Fearnley Whatsits book as a Christmas present and we're also on a New Year, new food regime. We're not veggies but are aiming to eat less meat this year.
So far DP (the main cook in the house) has done some fab sweetcorn fritters (middle eastern spiced) and a persian rice/lentil dish, and an unusual pizza with potato and blue cheese topping (tastier than it sounds).
