Shiitake mushrooms, what can I do with them?

Never tried them before, what can I do with them that's kinda healthy?

Risotto.

Or sliced, in a pan with a dab of butter and splash of olive oil. Fry them until all they're nicely browned, throw in a grated or crushed clove of garlic, squeeze of lemon juice and a handful of parsley - lovely with some grilled fish or chicken.

Soup.

Done as above, then stir in a tablespoon of Philli light and stir through pasta.
