Defrosted frozen pastry 9 days on - OK to use?

I defrosted some shop-bought shortcrust pastry in the fridge on Christmas Eve with the intention of making some extra mince pies, which I never got around to doing. The pastry has been in the fridge ever since, sealed up in its packaging.

Is it still OK to use do you think? How long do you think it'll be OK for in the fridge?

I doubt it would harm you but might not taste very nice.
