Something simple but tasty to do with prawns t go with salad?

Any ideas? Has to be something the kids will eat too.

Obvious one - Prawn Cocktail? Alternatively, if it's mixed salad, add sliced mango and flaked hot -or normal- smoked salmon (optional), sweet chilli sauce on a plate. Done. Beautiful.

Pasta prawns garlic lemon and cream to make a sauce?

Just a basic lettuce, toms, cucumber & spring onion salad. Fancied something a bit different to a prawn cocktail, always have that. Quite like the idea of the sweet chilli sauce & flaked salmon (was trying not to spend 'til next week but may have to now)

but then again, I have some cream, plenty of garlic & lemons

Will have to ask dp what he fancies now, am hopeless when presented with yummy choices
