overeaters/comfort eaters/etc need help proper help too that doesn't cost a fortune like the numerous slimming clubs.

This has been a thought of mine for some time and the more I read about fussy eaters (mine weren't but as they began to eat more sweets etc they seem to me to have got worse). I can't help feeling it's the things that have lots of taste eg chocolate!!! that ruin one's tastebuds and the lack of time to prepare food... but wont go further down that road right now. The amount of money I waste on trying out foods and different ways to get them to eat is disgusting when you think about people who are starving.
What do you think?
