New potatoes cooked on xmas eve- still ok to use?

They have been in the fridge- can I fry or roast them for lunch today or will we all die?

3 day rule, might be just about ok? I'm no expert though!

Well, we ate them and they were so good that if they kill us, it was worth it.

oh I'd have used them, no doubts! For preference I'd saute them!

We are having cold cuts again and bubble and squeak tonight! :D

I sautéed them with finely chopped onion and bits of bacon. They were fantastic.
