What are your favourite budget recipes/meals?

I make all my meals on a budget and manage to do this by visiting the supermarket at the right time when they are marking down there price reductions. I get all my meat this way and never had any problems with quality. I always get it at least half price and save so much money. I regularly buy rottisserie chickens roasted in store on the same day as they are marked down to less than half price and portion them up and freeze them. This does sandwiches, wraps, salads etc. All sorts can be found if you visit at the right time and I personally love getting a bargain.

Other budget dishes I can think of would be,

COrned beef hash
Homemade pizzas
Macaroni cheese
Spaghetti bolognese
Mince and potatoes
Ratatouille and cous cous
Egg fried rice
