Driving me mad. Every website says something different (between 1.75 and 2.5 hours). I do want it slightly pink not well done. My oven is a bit rubbish and only goes to 200c so I can't do the first 20 mins at 230 like most recipes suggest. Oh and I have a roasting tin with a rack like this, do I use the rack or just put the lamb on the bottom of the tin?
I have bought garlic and there is a rosemary bush in the garden so I will stud it with those.
As you can tell I have never done this before and don't want to cock it up. SAVE ME!
