2.75kg leg of lamb - how long to cook?

Driving me mad. Every website says something different (between 1.75 and 2.5 hours). I do want it slightly pink not well done. My oven is a bit rubbish and only goes to 200c so I can't do the first 20 mins at 230 like most recipes suggest. Oh and I have a roasting tin with a rack like this, do I use the rack or just put the lamb on the bottom of the tin?

I have bought garlic and there is a rosemary bush in the garden so I will stud it with those.

As you can tell I have never done this before and don't want to cock it up. SAVE ME!

this guy is usually pretty good with meat recipes

His lamb is slightly smaller than yours, so I would say 2hrs.
