Can you cook sausages in the oven?

I am catering for many people tomorrow night and just going to do hot dogs. I have fifty sausages - have only fried or grilled before. Please tell me I can bung them on baking trays and do in the oven? Will they brown?

I always do mine in the oven. Normally place then on grill tray, to stop them wallowing in fat, 25 mins. Turn them halfway through cooking to brown both sides.

Yes! By far the easiest way. Put a bit of oil in the bottom of the pan though so they don't stick.

I also always do them in the oven. Never grill them.

Could just eat a hot dog. Grin

Yes, much easier. They don't burst into flames for a start...

Only way I ever cook them as I don't like greasy smell they make if you grill/fry them. They go beautifully brown and I don't use any oil.

Phew thank you
