Got a tray of diced pork, peppers, spring onions, a bit of chilli, garlic and all nicely slathered in oil to cook up to go with Pitta and salad tonight.
Just feel like it needs an extra something in the tray mix - I have most "standard" spices and herbs in the cupboard - any suggestions to give a bit of extra depth and zing? I am sure it's obvious, I've done this dish hundreds of times before, and my brain just can't make the leap to remember what else I might have added in the past!
