tried a recipe that a friend swears by. I did alter it slightly. Recipe was 7floz condensed milk, 8 oz choc and half cup raisins. I used same amounts but white choc and cranberry.
Recipe said melt choc then take off heat and add rest of ing.
Chill.

This morning it is still far too soft to cut and it has been chilling overnight. Do you think too late to rescue.

Was considering heating gently in a pot to see if this would thicken the condensed milk part and maybe it would set. Or should i bung it in a tub and use with ice cream?

Sad it didnt work as seemed so easy! too easy!!

Warm it up again and try adding 25g of unsalted butter and 100g of icing sugar. That might help it set. If not, it'll still taste great.

Yes, if it doesn't work, warm it and use it as fudge sauce on ice-cream/cakeXmas Smile

That happened to my Dark choc and orange fudge. Reheat it and stir lots until it's sort of coming together away from the edges of the pan and feeling thicker to stir, it might take a while and keep an eye out for burning the bottom. Chill again and it should be fine. Good luck!
