am cooking for 10 people tonight(!) and am making puff pastry caramelised onion and goats cheese tarts as starter. Caramelised the onions last night, just wondering if there is anything else I can do in advance, or would the tarts have to be baked just before serving? Am planning on cutting circle shapes out of rolled out ready made puff pastry, then dollop of onions on top followed by some goats cheese and bung in oven. Does this sound about right? Help!
