Well tonight I baked rice pudding in Oatly chocolate milk witha bit extra sugar.
Mine couldn't get enough!!
50g rice in dairy free buttered dish
350ml choc milk
20g sugar
Bake 160 1 hr 15 mins

Wow, fab responses, thanks! Have just thought I could do a dairy free Yule log with vitalite & cocoa "butter" icing (best check it tastes ok first), & meringues of course! Hooray, BIL will not be left out in the christmas desserts.

wow, I can't believe you all came up with all of these suggestions! Very creative. My suggestion would have been a glass of very good dessert wine, but that is fruit based as well, isn't it?
