Not a vegetarian but had Delia's oven baked wild mushroom risotto.

I love that recipe, lottie. This is really good too.

That looks good. We did something of theirs called mushroom hotpot but it was really a thai curry, quite coconutty, very good.

We had mashed potato, boiled turnip (neeps and tatties) lentil croquettes with onion gravy, yummm, comfort food. Baby and preschooler both wolfed croquettes (yay) and preschooler liked neeps but baby threw it all over the floor, damn her.

Tonight we're having savoury pancakes, - some stuffed with cheese and spinach, some with mushrooms and sweetcorn.

Tomorrow -butternut squash soup.

Thursday - a roast of some sort, - lentil probably.

Green peppers stuffed with onion, mushroom, sweet corn and courgette, topped with small cubes of feta cheese, and baked in the oven. Served with saffron rice.

I love mushroom risotto. With peas and asparagus.
Pasta with a sauce of onions and fresh to,atoes and basil. With home made focaccia.
