DH wants to make tangerine ice creams for Christmas Day and serve them up in tangerine shells (a la French Cafe's with cheap printed menus advertising Orangina).
Does anyone have an ice cream recipe that would work? I've google it but none of them seem very luxurious, more kind of sorbet-ish. None of the ones I've found have good reviews either.
