Is it ok to cook a homemade fish pie from frozen?

If so, what kind of temp and for how long? It's in a tin dish, quite deep..

I would. Given the number of frozen products in shops whick are recommeded to be cooked from frozen, I reckon it wii be fine. That said, if the dish is very deep it will probably take quite a long time. I would put it in at 200deg and check after an hour how it's doing. Could take1.5 to 2 hrs

I did, but it took ages (about 1.5 hours) so was a bit wasteful.

Will definitely defrost it first next time.
