one pot (cauldron) of food for house warming party

any ideas? I usually do a big chilli, rice, bread. Need some inspiration.

Curry made with lamb shoulder?

Huge vat of bolognaise served with pasta or rice?

Chicken stew/casserole?

Lamb stew with crusty bread rolls = cosy house warming.

Chilli/curry/bolognaise = More standard party food.

Ditch the food big old punch bowl = partay!!

Why not add tacos and tortillas plus the fixings-sour cream,guacomole,grated cheese,refried beans and salad and guests can roll their own.The only thing is that the you would need one of those candle-flame heaters to keep the tortillas warm.
