Does anyone have a copy of the BLW cookbook to hand?

Mine is not in the normal drawer and I can't find it. Need to cook the tomato chicken recipe before DS wakes up. If anyone can post it I'd be so grateful. Thanks.

Might be too late...

Oil for frying
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
400g tin tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp tomato purée
2-3 chicken breasts, in strips

Heat oil, fry onion til soft
Add cumin and coriander, cook for 2-3 mins. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides, but not cooked through.
Add tomatoes and tomato purée. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for about 20 mins.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Serve with rice or veg.

Oh bless you, thanks so much. I did it from memory in the end - couldn't remember the spices and added them right at the end rather than with the onions (and I did turmeric and cumin and paprika because I was guessing) - I'm sure it will be fine though.
