Fried egg sarnies with salad
Beans on toast, fruit for pud
Fish fingers, frozen chips, frozen peas
Pasta with chopped raw tomatoes, olive oil and fresh chopped basil stirred through it.
Fried mince & onions with an egg cracked into it at the last minute, with bread or chips and salad.
Tinned paella (from our local Aldi in France, it is quite nice actually)
those are my desparation meals. (We usually have things with more liquid and less fat.)
