Bronze turkey or Norfolk black, do you have a preference?

As I have no life whatsoever, I am researching turkeys for Christmas dinner. KellyBronze's are just toooooo expensive, much as I would love to try one. Other bronzes are affordable but I am hearing lots of good things about Norfolk Blacks. Anybody think one is better than another?

We used to buy the best organic bronze turkey when we had Christmas in England and they didn't taste of much. Since having xmas in Fr. we've discovered that; the taste depends on having a smaller one, not over cooking it, putting foil over it and cooking at a cooler temp after 'sealing' at a high temp and choosing a hen bird 'cos it has more flavour.

That's interesting about hen birds having more flavour!
