what's your fav christmas cake recipe from a cook or net and why?

I love Delia's last minute one. You start with a jar of (she insists good-quality) mincemeat and it's ready to eat next day!

I made Nigella's Christmas cake last year (from her Christmas book, or Domestic Goddess, I'm not sure) which turned out very well. I mean, I'm not a huge fan of Christmas cake, but as far as Christmas cakes go this one is very good & looks impressive. I did a plain white icing (royal icing) with cut out stars made out also of leftover white royal icing.
