Anyone got a Neff microwave with power levels of 600 and 1000W?

So... new kitchen includes a Neff microwave/grill combination oven. The power levels are various defrost settings and then 600 or 1000W - there doesn't seem to be any way to set an intermediate power level.

But everything gives instructions for 750W or 850W (that's what my old one was). Should I use 600 for proportionately longer or 1000W for correspondingly less? Or does it depend what I'm zapping.

Thanks

Can you get an instruction manualfrom the NEFF website?

I just use 1000 for everything....

My Neff combi does 5 levels from 90 upwards, but I never turn down.

I've got the paper instruction manuals, doesn't say anything relevant to this.

I've probably got the same one as you Bleugh, 5 levels starting at 90 (90 and something else defrost, a 360 which I suspect I'll never use, 600 and 1000.

I'll try 1000 with somewhat reduced times. Don't want to superheat DDs readymeals lovingly homecooked dinner Grin

I have and use 1000 for most things.
