Have you all discovered the delicious, easy, cheap dish that is frozen cauliflower cheese in a bag?

I love cauliflower cheese, but I don't make it very often, because it uses too many pans & untensils.

But OMG - Sainsbury's frozen CC in a bag is great! You just stick it in a casserole dish and put it in the oven for about 40 mins. I sprinkled some extra cheese on top. It tastes as good as home made, and it's so easy. I am a convert.

Yes, me, I have! But I've tried the Aldi & Iceland ones and they too are tasty..with extra grated cheese on top. In fact, I eat a whole bag for my tea/occasionally!

(we do it in the microwave, though, cos we have it at the shop and there's only a microwave and a toaster - wouldn't work in the toaster)

I definately have would never eat an entire bag in one sitting with some nice crusty bread and extra cheese sprinkled on the top to go all brown and bubbly...

and I saute up some mushrooms, onions and peppers to have as a side of extra vegetables... mmmmmmmmm
