Hi, i wonder if you can help me , i want to know what this dessert is called and secondly how to make it.
I think you mix sugar with sour cream and possibly marscapone and double cream, mix this over sponge fingers and raspberries and then chill in the fridge.
It tastes really nice, but don't know what it's called, and exactly how to make it.
Has anyone heard of this ?
Thanx in advance :)

That collection of ingredients could be syllabub, tiramisu or zabaglione.
You should be able to google and see which one most closely resembles what you are after.

Good luck!

It's a bit like the Scottish pudding Cranachan, but that sometimes has oats and whiskey in it as well
