I had Tuna Tartar in America and I loved it, can anyone help me with a detailed recipe of how to make it myself. I have tried chopping up fresh raw Tuna from Tescos with some lemon and Coriander but it just did not taste right. Do we have the same Tuna in the UK? In the States it was widely available with all sorts of things mixed in like Mango , Lime, different fruits etc.......
If anyone has some general help I would really appreciate it.
