Glut of dried apricots - ideas??

I have no idea why I have so many and no idea what to do with them!

Flapjack?
Put them in a tagine?
Erm....

Apricot curd?

I soak them, blend them, freeze them and the dc gave them in their weetabix or porridge. It is a bit of a hoo-haa doing it but one packet makes loads.

Lamb and apricot pie is really nice.

Chopped up in cookies instead of raisin type fruits. Nigella holiday trifle uses them. They keep for ages so wouldn't worry about going past the use by / best before date.
