Have bought some king prawns and fish sticks to have with rice and salad, and the yummy sweet chilli sauce.
Any other ideas are greatly received.
Thanks

Goodasgold- I do that every Saturday night. With red wine. I was outraged when dd started eating her crusts- don't know what I will do when ds starts eating his too!

I bought Tesco own brand PANKO a few weeks ago, was a Tesco extra in Hertfordshire, in the world/exotic food section (with seaweed, mirin, etc)

seeker- get a package of wonton skins, usually from a chinese grocer. Put a spoonfull of cream cheese in the middle and fold over wonton skin to make the shape of a triangle. With wet fingers, press the ends close all around the wonton and then shallow fry. AMAZING!!! I have also made them with cream cheese and crab meat and also cream cheese and spinach. THey sell these wontons at Chinese takeaways in the US but sadly, I have never seen them in the UK so I have to make my own.

Salmon! Drizzle over the top, let it marinate for 10 mins, then pan fry. Its delicious!

Ive seen Panko in our local tiny Tesco, in the ethnic aisle. I buy mine from the Asian grocer though as he is cheaper. I dont use any other breadcrumbs now! They are very low in sodium.

Use as a dressing for Thai chicken salad. Julienne carrots, cucumber and some cabbage. Add onions or chillies if wanted. Add shredded cooked chicken breast meat. Mix with sweet chilli sauce, scatter over some roughly chopped coriander or parsley and a squeeze of lime juice.

Very healthy and always a big hit at pot lucks and parties.

You can serve this as a salad, or a warm stir fry:
Chop and fry 2 tablespoons of garlic and ginger.
Slice carrots into baton, add and fry. (sesame seed oil is good, but use olive oil as an alternative)Boil some noodles.
Slosh on some soy sauce, add chopped peppers, and a pinch of five spice. Add sweet chilli sauce, and chopped spring onion. You can add chicken breast too.
