probably sound a bit pfb but I always cook meat straight away so will an extra day make a difference?
I will be making a casserole so cooking it slowly,I am more concerned as my 18month old dts will be having this for their lunch tomorrow so want to be sure!
Thankyou!

It should be OK, but just to be sure, I always work to the "sniff" test rule...give it a good sniff and if there is anything slightly suspect about the smell, it's probably best binned. Good luck.
