That both need eating today. The philly is the garlic and herb one.

What can I make out of this? I have barely any other ingredients in the house as haven't been shopping yet.

Can I just melt the philly and add a little stock to make a creamy sauce for the pork? Not sure garlic and herb would go with the pork well.

Have got basic veg in the cupboard: Potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and fine beans.

What do you think?

NB, I am a terrible cook, these things don't come naturally to me at all!

Bake the potatoes, halve, scoop out the middles, mix with some Philly, refill the skins with the potato/Philly mixture and return to the oven until golden. Serve with grilled pork chops and vegetables.

Make mash, steam veg, dust pork in seasoned flour and pan fry. Deglaze pan with white wine/sherry/booze, add in Philly to pan (take out pork when cooked and rest in low oven with plates to keep warm). Noice!
