Ocado has delivered 'Feuilles de brik' as a substitute for filo pastry. I think it's what you use to make samosas.

I was planning to make apple strudel. Will it work the same?

Think it should be ok, think its for making tunisian style food, 'brik' is a tunisian style pastry thats very fine, flaky texture, very like filo.

Bizarre coincidence I have filo pastry on my ocado order for tomorrow lunchtime to make apple strudel. Just in case I get this sub too can you post how you get on? Preferably by 12noon tomorrow so I can decline the sub if it didn't work? Ta :o
