Grape jelly or grape jam; I don't have enough grapes for wine

Has anyone a good recipe and why would you choose one over the other?

The Cottage Smallholder is usually a good first port of call for these things - they seem to use jam/jelly interchangeably:

I meant to say I've made jam using the Cottage Smallholder before and it's worked beautifully, so I would trust their recipe and methods.
