Can anyone recommend a really good strong tasting decaf coffee. I love my coffee and need an alternative now i can't drink regular coffee Grin

I like clipper organic decaf - it tastes great and they don't use any chemicals in the decafination (sp?!) process

Illy decaff is the best there is. It is in the silver tin with green - available at Asda and very expensive. But it seriously is the best I have had. I make it in a hob top espresso pot (but use more water and less coffee so I get a full cup). It's really delicious.
Funnily enough I don't rate the Illy caffeinated (silver tin with red) quite as highly as the decaff.

Instant - carte noir
Ground - Lavazza

Lavazza ground here, or Taylor's for a change, and Illy if I could run to it. Asda do a good deal on Lavazza decaf.

We like the millicano decaf coffee.

Corygal · 14/12/2015 18:38

Another Lavazza lover here.

Percol decaf ground is pretty good.

There's a small roaster called North Star who do an excellent ground decaf. They use a process without the usual nasty solvents involved in decaffeination too. You can order online

Waitrose Organic Peruvian decaff - you can get ground or whole beans.

Carte Noir for instant.

Alta Rica, and Clipper Medium Roast. Plus for treats try Monmouth Coffee which is decaffeinated with the water method, not chemicals - www.monmouthcoffee.co.uk/mobile

M&S own brand decaf ground is very nice.

I swore I'd never drink decaf but now I keep it around because I have grown to love coffee so much I need decaf for my afternoon drinks. I also use it in my blends so I drink more yummy brewed beverages. But at first you should choice correct coffee maker jonsguide.org/best-cappuccino-maker-reviews/#gaggia-14101-classic-espresso-machine Even with not big budget then there are many options.
