Thanks Blondie82 ... will have another look but could only see one for parsnips & potatoes done with honey - imagine it's the same principle though. Thank you!

Just getting a few mins now ... didn't do them today but thanks for the directions Beety. I'm going to do them tomorrow with my cold turkey and also (heck, even I'm not sure about this cos it sounds completely OTT) Nigella'sweet potato mash topped with marshmallows [need a squeamish emotion!!]. Will let you know what they were like!
