Best way to freeze fresh herbs?

How?

I have some parsley and coriander - both still on the stalks.

I don't want to freeze in ice cubes as I'd ideally like to be able to sprinkle them over dishes.

I would freeze flat in those sealing bags, or open freeze then seal

(actually I would chop and freeze in ice cubes Grin)

I chop them and remove any stalks then freeze in little tubs

I usually chop the coriander and put them in a tub. That way, it doesn't stick together and go into a soggy mess when it defrosts.

I just put them in a bag and use from frozen.
