What to do with half a tin of condensed milk?

Just made SoupDragon's flapjacks

I have half a tin of condensed milk left over as sadly I don't have enough golden syrup to make twice the recipe (which is my usual solution to this terrible problem)

Any suggestions?

Millionaires shortbread.

Ice cream.

Just half the amounts. We've done it lots of times, it is yummy.

I'd drink it. Straight out of the tin. I have no shame.

Freeze it.

nigella's chocolate cake. vair fudgey and nice.

But you can substitute honey for the golden syrup.

Eat with a teaspoon

Use instead of sugar in cupcakes.

chocolate truffles!!

yes substitute honey or maple syrup and make more chewy sticky flapjacks! drool!

or freeze for another day.

(because in reality I'm too zonked to make anything else and I've done my bit for tomorrows bake sale with flapjacks)

A spoonful in a cup of coffee...mmmmmmmm!

Or the same but missing out the coffee .

Or stir some into porridge or rice pudding or similar, mmmmmmmmmmm.

Do you not have a spoon?

They used to sell it in big tubes in France, I used to suck it straight from the tube!

Mix with equal quantity of melted chocolate and chill- Voila! Chocolate fudge

OK I know it makes me a wierdo but I'm freezing it

I don't think I'd be able for more than a spoon full (and I don't take milk of any sort in my coffee)

All I have to do know is resist eating any flapjacks...

...though maybe i'd better try them out

Be aware that it won't necessarily freeze solid.
