What would you do to make the turkey tasty and moist? Any ideas please?

Don't baste for starters.....I know it sounds odd - but it works - honest! Every time you open the door - the temperature drops a bit, so it takes longer to cook, the longer you cook it the drier it gets.

butter stuffed under the skin to cook - v fattening obv but it works. I mix in fresh herbs wiyh the butter.

Don't overcook and let it rest still with the foil on for 15 minutes before you carve.

soak a muslin in melted butter & wrap it in it.
