Anyone got a recipe for ground rice please?

I bought a huge bag of it to make shortbread and consequently have lots left over.

No milk puddings please!

More shortbread! that's what I'm doing anyway....

I've done plain and chocolate chunk so far...

Cinnamon & raisin ?
Ginger?

Or something else that's not shortbread perhaps?

You need a salamander or someone to hold a red hot shovel over the souffle at table to prevent it sinking!
