DD not been well and won't eat - when do I worry?

DD 7mo has got tonsillitis (again) she is on day 4 of antibiotics and us much brighter and happier but will not eat. She had 5 spoons of mush in total yesterday. Not interested in finger food either. She us still BF ok though. Any ideas? Have tried fruit/yoghurt/jars/homemade/cereal/crackers but she doesn't want anything.
Do I just press on with BF whenever she wants it? How long is too long without food?

Keep going with the BF and don't worry. She will be getting plenty of nutrients from you, and will eat again in her own time.

Forget foods, fluids are the way to go. She can go for days without.
Just keep offering her favourites and wisk the food away if she refuses.

Plenty of frequent fluids if she doesn't want large amounts. It will lubricate her throat as a sip of water every 10-15 minutes along with BF is a good amount.
