Mary Berry Death by Chocolate. It looks like that cake that boy is forced to eat in Matilda - and damn, it's good.

I've seen that recipe - can't abide Guinness though. And the chocolate/malteser cake of hers - just seems wrong. Chocolate cake should be unadulterated.

I made this cake today for DH's birthday. It was good, but I stupidly used drinking chocolate instead of cocoa powder, so it was more GBH by Chocolate, than Death by Chocolate.
