Well I don't mean easy, as it's just a case of putting things in the freezer to freeze them. What I mean is do they freeze well,a dn how would I wrap them? greasproof paper and freezer bags, or foil?

I just wrap mine in foil, label them and chuck them in!

I tend to freeze mine in small batches/pieces so I can just get a bit out at a time.

YY freeze in slices. Clingfilm, freezer bag, tupperware, whatever should be fine.

Great thank you. I've never really frozen cakes before, tend to just freeze meat and bread and veg etc.

If I was freezeing a victoria sponge, would I freeze it un-iced?

Hmmm. I tend to freeze cakes that are a bit more dense tbh - fruit cakes, loaves, date & nut etc. I'm not sure a sponge would do so well - might lose that moist fluffiness?

I would certainly freeze it un-iced - I think you can freeze icing separately though? Not sure though - maybe someone else can help with that?
