URGENT- frozen chicken breasts; how long to defrost in microwave?

Please help, everyone's hungry

I really wouldn't defrost chicken in a microwave. Phone a take out or do pasta or something quick. Have chicken tomorrow.

Really? I thought people did this?

I defrosted three breasts at room temp, but need a fourth- the rest of the dinner is in the oven and I've only just realised I'm missing a breast.

I don't like defrosting chicken in a microwave either. Do you have anything else in?

May just be me then , but chicken is just one thing i don't like to defrost in the microwave.
Can you not just dice the chicken you have defrosted to make it go further ?

i defrost chicken breast all the time in the micro! But it's not that quick, as I do in a bowl of cold water and on the lowest setting, so i'd probably give a single breast 5-10 minutes, but they do defrost beautifully.

I'd slice the chicken you have and apologise for short measures, and give extra pudding!

Ah well- not going to dice, makes it too tough. We'll make do. Thanks anyway
