Thai green curry-will it freeze?

I am in a phase of enthusiastic batch cooking, brought on by abject terror at the idea of dh returning to work next week and me providing decent food while looking after three - one eight weeks!
Would like to make batch of Thai curry from bought paste and coconut milk. Will it freeze okay?

should do - we regularly freeze all sorts of curries with no problems

Yep, whenever I or DP make it, we purpousfully make too much so we have extra to freeze! :)

Gah, bad typing, *purposefully

Thanks! Now here's a silly question- made it as per instructions. Wasn't actually very green in colour. Should it have been? tasted okay.

Yeah, it's just pale green, If you do make the paste yourself one day (easy to do) just freeze that in batches. Much easier to store and just add coconut milk each time you cook it

Thanks said! Think I might have a go at some curry pastes if they freeze. It's okay if you use all the stuff in one go. Otherwise the few times I've done it I bought shedloads of stuff for one dish.
