hi

ive got some french sticks dough in teh breadmaker, it'll be ready at 4pm to shape, prove, bake etc, but if i go out now and am not back for an hour or hour and a half to then do all that will it still be OK? if not then i'll pop back to sort it out but would be easier not to have to :)

hoping someone can help

thanks

It'll be fine - in fact, a longer rise improves the flavour. If you were to take it out of the breadmaker and put the dough somewhere very cool - or even in the fridge - you could leave it al night!
