I have just been asked to make a giant cupcake for the end of ballet party. I love cooking etc but cake making is not my strongest - small cakes okay but big beasts such as this - is a different matter!
Anyone got a decent fail safe recipe I could use?
Have a pyrex bowl I could use to cook it in - will that work??
Also have thought when decorating it I will use chocolate fingers for the "paper" case round the bottom.
Would it still be fresh if I make it today, ice it tomorrow and then the children eat it on Saturday??
Oh and it needs to be chocolate too!
Needs to feed at least 31 children plus about 10 adults
