Seem to have lost my food mojo (again) - simple but tasty dinner ideas for 8 please!

Don't mind buying pud. But what to cook ? 4 adults , 4 children.. no pork. other than that.. fire away please !

Chicken drumsticks or thighs baked with garlic and white wine and dauphinoise pots - really easy and all in the oven for the same time.

Chicken or lamb stovetop stew with rice added at the end - its like a cheaty paella.

Teriyaki salmon and rice/noodles - really bloody easy.Easy to work out portion control as well as its just one each.

Whole side of salmon? Jamie has nice recipes
