We hve a strter on Christmas day and this year we have a veggie, someone who doesn't eat fish, someone who hates melon, someone who won't have anything spicy or exotic!!
So I have come up with this
Which I thought that I could do in smaller quantities, so my questions are:-
Would you double the ingredients for a starter for seven?
I'm sure that you can freeze cooked choux pastry, am I right?
Do you agree that the filling could be frozen before the addition of the cream?
