Tried this last night, but not having followed a recipe, I'm not sure I did it right.......
Used plastic ham (reformed), shoved it in the slow cooker and poured over 3 x cans of full fat Coke. It didn't fully cover the ham for a start
, and then half way through I realised that the ham still had some plastic round it
.
It was ok, but didn't really taste any different to a normal boiled ham.
