Has anyone got a recipe book that contains tagine recipes that are for the earthenware tagines?

I ordered one but unfortunately there isn't a real tagine recipe inside it , all hob based in a saucepan. MIL bought me a lovely tagine and I would really like to use it a bit more.

No personal experience with a tagine, but this recipe has loads of discussion on the use and curing of clay tagines in the comments.

Seems you do use the earthenware tagine on the hob, with a heat diffuser, heat it very slowly and let it cool slowly, and you have to soak it in water beforehand and let it dry...
